We offer personalised translation and editing services as well as English coaching for corporate professionals and conference interpreters.

Susan Ring

I am an interpreter trainer, translator and communication coach with more than twenty-five years of experience helping professionals communicate clearly in English.

Originally from Ireland, I studied economics and German at University College Dublin before moving to Germany in 1992 to complete degrees in translation and interpreting at Cologne. After earning my MA in Conference Interpreting there a few years later, I became a lecturer in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting. I founded Ring Interpreting in 1999.

Alongside my work in interpreting and translation, I have always been deeply involved in teaching English, starting with adult education in my early career, through university lecturing, involvement in developing a training platform for translators in early 2025, to specialised coaching for conference interpreters and corporate professionals today.

I am a lifelong lover and learner of languages and this shines through in my enthusiasm for my work with other language professionals.
